A lightweight mattifying gel-serum for oil and shine control.
Description
Meet your matte-maker! This lightweight, mattifying gel-serum absorbs skin's surface oils to create a velvety finish, minimising the appearance of pores and controlling shine. An 8% exfoliating blend containing Mandelic Acid and Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) helps clarify skin and improves the appearance of oily skin. Wear it underneath or over your makeup to reduce shine on your forehead and nose.
Mandelic Acid: found naturally in almonds and is a lipophilic, oil-loving Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), making it ideal for use on oily skin. Mandelic Acid also reduces the look of oily shine over time. This is the perfect AHA for oily and blemish-prone skin types.
Gluconolactone: a Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) that is found naturally in the skin and provides anti-ageing and gentle exfoliating benefits without sun sensitivity. It is a welcome choice for sensitive skin types as it strengthens the skin’s moisture barrier leaving it more resilient, while also providing potent antioxidant benefits.
Got oily shine? Let Mandelic Mattifying Serum come to the rescue!
Fragrance-free. Non-comedogenic.

How To Use
Apply to face following cleansing. Let dry thoroughly before applying other cosmetics. If desired, reapply throughout the day to control shine. Can be worn under or over makeup to minimise shine in the oil producing regions or oily zones: forehead and nose.
Pro Tip: For daytime use, layer a broad spectrum sunscreen over Mandelic Mattifying Serum. We recommend Sheer Hydration with Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40, a lightweight and lightly hydrating daily sunscreen that's ideal for oily and blemish-prone skin.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains an Alpha Hydroxy (Acid AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
