This targeted gel treatment is formulated to target dark spots and fade the look of skin discolourations.
Description
Spot-on correction! Get even with this targeted treatment gel, formulated to address dark spots with a 10% Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA)/Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) exfoliating blend, and powerful antioxidant chelators to help trap the metals that can cause uneven skin tone. Plus, a blend of Vitamin C, Kojic Acid and Licorice Root Extract to help promote brightness and a more even complexion. This is not for use on the entire face and should be applied directly to noticeable dark spots on the skin.
Glycolic Acid: Known to be the workhorse of the AHA family for those looking to really retexture and refine their skin’s surface!
Citric Acid: Found naturally in citrus fruits and is a powerful Alpha/Beta Hydroxy Acid that has antioxidant and corrective anti-ageing effects, helping to minimise the visible signs of photodamage. This AHA/BHA gives the added benefit of being a powerful antioxidant to help protect skin against the visible signs of oxidative stress and make skin appear more youthful.
Gluconolactone: Found naturally in the skin and provides anti-ageing and gentle exfoliating benefits without sun sensitivity. Gluconolactone strengthens the skin’s moisture barrier leaving it more resilient, while also providing potent antioxidant benefits.
Lactobionic Acid: Part of the PHA family and is also non-irritating. This ingredient is known as a "Bionic Acid" and is derived from natural sugars. The Bionics are potent antioxidants that have been shown to target naturally-occurring skin degrading enzymes to help maintain a youthful look.
1% Kojic Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Pure Vitamin C) & Licorice Root Extract: Powerful skin brightening antioxidants that help promote brightness and a more even complexion.
Dermatologist & Allergy tested. Oil-free. Fragrance-free. Non-Hydroquinone.
